Amazing One Bedroom in Redfern with Rooftop Patio

Our well furbished one bedroom house has a vivid modern feel for a comfortable homely stay. The double bedroom contains an Australian made Koala double bed and mattress with inbuilt storage drawers and charging device access. Large windows with regular and black out blinds combined with electric window louvres allow you to customise your light and airflow needs.

On the 3rd floor with its cosy design is the living room, which comes with a Danish couch/sofa bed, the perfect space to hang out or wind down. Next to it you will find the sleek stainless steel galley kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you might need. Large windows provide ample light and airflow combined with regular and black out blinds in addition to electric window louvres to ensure you can customise your comfort.

On the 2nd floor is the bathroom fitted with a toilet, sink, storage and a rain shower located next to the bedroom.

There is a rooftop patio where you can catch some fresh air, enjoy the morning with a hot beverage, or have a refreshing evening with views of the city and watch vibrant inner city Redfern life go by. Stairs leading to the roof top have louvred windows to cater for airflow preferences.

On the ground floor is the internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and sink. There is also a space on this level for luggage/bike storage and a coat stand. Portable fans and heaters are also stored here should you require them.

You will have private access to the whole of the property for the duration of your stay.
